If you record your name and reason for calling,
0:03
I'll see if this person is available.
0:06
It's MKM for delivery.
0:15
Please stay on the line.
0:29
Oh.
0:30
Hiya, you're right, it's MKM, I've got a delivery for you
0:32
for Regency Works, 21A Kimberley Street.
0:35
Yeah, yeah.
0:36
I'm parked outside where it says you are,
0:38
but I can't see any, like, Regency Works.
0:42
It's called TLC, can you see TLC?
0:45
There's Dunn Valley Court right in front of me,
0:47
or Ainsworth Falls.
0:48
Yeah, you're on the corner, back down towards, sort of,
0:52
you've got the car park on the left, if you look at it, yeah.
0:57
Oaks Green Road, in front of me.
0:59
Yeah.
1:00
Right, in front of you.
1:01
So you want to go left.
1:03
You're going, you'll see there's a car park on the left
1:07
and you'll see TLC, Cash and Carry on the right.
1:10
TLC, Cash and Carry.
1:11
Yeah.
1:12
Oh, yeah.
1:13
Yeah.
1:14
I think I've gone behind it, yeah.
1:16
Cash and Carry, right, okay.
1:18
Whereabouts are you wanting it when I get there?
1:20
You'll get a pallet, I'll just stick him on it.
1:22
Have you got it with like a big crane?
1:24
I have, yeah.
1:25
Yeah, a big yellow one.
1:26
You'll put it on a pallet and take it in with the forklift, yeah?
1:29
Yeah.
1:30
What, should I just park it, oh yeah, it's right behind me.
1:32
Should I just park it across the blue gates?
1:33
Yeah, you can do, yeah, yeah.
1:35
Yeah, all right.
1:36
Just tell him grab a pallet and stick it on a pallet and then he can...
1:38
Yeah, it's a couple of big ball bags, isn't it?
1:40
Yeah, you can put them on the pallets.
1:42
Yeah, all right, no worries.
1:43
All right, thanks a lot.
1:44
Yeah, nice one.
