Damoon

You just put on story as well.

2026-06-09 12:22:26 - 2026-06-09 12:22:28
Damoon

How much are you selling now?

2026-06-09 12:22:29 - 2026-06-09 12:22:30
Damoon

Maybe you could sell a couple of pounds.

2026-06-09 12:22:30 - 2026-06-09 12:22:36
Sarah

$45.99 or something like that.

2026-06-09 12:23:10 - 2026-06-09 12:23:12
Damoon

$40.

2026-06-09 12:23:13 - 2026-06-09 12:23:14
Damoon

So we'd say we can do it $47.50.

2026-06-09 12:23:14 - 2026-06-09 12:23:20
Damoon

$47.99.

2026-06-09 12:23:22 - 2026-06-09 12:23:23
Sarah

I don't know if I put it up or...

2026-06-09 12:23:24 - 2026-06-09 12:23:25
Damoon

I think everything is going on.

2026-06-09 12:23:26 - 2026-06-09 12:23:28
Damoon

What was it before?

2026-06-09 12:23:28 - 2026-06-09 12:23:31
Behnam

$40.

2026-06-09 12:23:32 - 2026-06-09 12:23:32
Sarah

Wait, it's not going to go up.

2026-06-09 12:23:33 - 2026-06-09 12:23:34
Behnam

No.

2026-06-09 12:23:34 - 2026-06-09 12:23:34
Damoon

It's $47 now.

2026-06-09 12:23:34 - 2026-06-09 12:23:36
Damoon

We've been selling it.

2026-06-09 12:23:37 - 2026-06-09 12:23:38
Damoon

$46.99, yeah?

2026-06-09 12:23:38 - 2026-06-09 12:23:39
Damoon

$47 we are selling it.

2026-06-09 12:23:39 - 2026-06-09 12:23:40
Damoon

How much are we buying?

2026-06-09 12:23:40 - 2026-06-09 12:23:41
Damoon

$40.

2026-06-09 12:23:41 - 2026-06-09 12:23:42
Sarah

$38.

2026-06-09 12:23:42 - 2026-06-09 12:23:42
Damoon

It's already $20.

2026-06-09 12:23:45 - 2026-06-09 12:23:47
Behnam

It's a lot.

2026-06-09 12:23:47 - 2026-06-09 12:23:48
Behnam

But then again, the alternatives are more expensive.

2026-06-09 12:23:50 - 2026-06-09 12:23:52
Damoon

Still it's cheaper to the other one.

2026-06-09 12:23:53 - 2026-06-09 12:23:55
Damoon

Could go up.

2026-06-09 12:23:55 - 2026-06-09 12:23:55
Sarah

$45.99 we're doing, yeah.

2026-06-09 12:23:56 - 2026-06-09 12:23:57
Damoon

So it's $46.

2026-06-09 12:23:57 - 2026-06-09 12:23:59
Damoon

We can do it $47, $49, something like this.

2026-06-09 12:24:00 - 2026-06-09 12:24:03
Sarah

Yeah.

2026-06-09 12:24:03 - 2026-06-09 12:24:04
Damoon

Yeah.

2026-06-09 12:24:04 - 2026-06-09 12:24:04
Sarah

What shall I put that for both?

2026-06-09 12:24:04 - 2026-06-09 12:24:05
Sarah

$47.99?

2026-06-09 12:24:06 - 2026-06-09 12:24:06
Sarah

Yeah.

2026-06-09 12:24:07 - 2026-06-09 12:24:07
Damoon

I'm going to go with the same.

2026-06-09 12:24:07 - 2026-06-09 12:24:08
Damoon

Just £1.50, no more.

2026-06-09 12:24:10 - 2026-06-09 12:24:11
Damoon

Oh, if I could have your boiler guy number, please.

2026-06-09 12:24:12 - 2026-06-09 12:24:48
Sarah

Yeah.

2026-06-09 12:24:49 - 2026-06-09 12:24:49
Damoon

Something with me to look at.

2026-06-09 12:24:49 - 2026-06-09 12:24:51
Damoon

I could make it on the other day.

2026-06-09 12:24:51 - 2026-06-09 12:24:53
Sarah

Mind you, saying that, it's invoice mail.

2026-06-09 12:24:53 - 2026-06-09 12:24:55
Sarah

It's not being cheap this time.

2026-06-09 12:24:55 - 2026-06-09 12:24:57
Sarah

Really?

2026-06-09 12:24:57 - 2026-06-09 12:24:57
Sarah

£90 an hour.

2026-06-09 12:24:57 - 2026-06-09 12:24:58
Damoon

What?

2026-06-09 12:24:59 - 2026-06-09 12:24:59
Sarah

I said, I think I made the wrong job.

2026-06-09 12:24:59 - 2026-06-09 12:25:01
Sarah

So I'm not very happy with it.

2026-06-09 12:25:02 - 2026-06-09 12:25:03
Sarah

It's too much.

2026-06-09 12:25:04 - 2026-06-09 12:25:05
Sarah

Yeah, it is, yeah.

2026-06-09 12:25:05 - 2026-06-09 12:25:06
Sarah

So I want to go with it to be fair.

2026-06-09 12:25:06 - 2026-06-09 12:25:08
Sarah

And it's not being very reliable this time.

2026-06-09 12:25:08 - 2026-06-09 12:25:10
Damoon

How much do you have it?

2026-06-09 12:25:10 - 2026-06-09 12:25:12
Damoon

Is it for shop or for home?

2026-06-09 12:25:12 - 2026-06-09 12:25:13
Sarah

£90 an hour.

2026-06-09 12:25:13 - 2026-06-09 12:25:14
Damoon

No, the shop is all right.

2026-06-09 12:25:14 - 2026-06-09 12:25:16
Damoon

The home, the boiler is working fine,

2026-06-09 12:25:16 - 2026-06-09 12:25:19
Damoon

but it needs to annual service.

2026-06-09 12:25:19 - 2026-06-09 12:25:21
Damoon

I haven't done it last year.

2026-06-09 12:25:21 - 2026-06-09 12:25:23
Damoon

Have you got a plan?

2026-06-09 12:25:23 - 2026-06-09 12:25:23
Behnam

With our Scottish Power electricity contract,

2026-06-09 12:25:25 - 2026-06-09 12:25:28
Behnam

I pay £3 a month extra for boiler insurance,

2026-06-09 12:25:28 - 2026-06-09 12:25:31
Behnam

and it includes annual service.

2026-06-09 12:25:32 - 2026-06-09 12:25:34
Behnam

So it comes every year.

2026-06-09 12:25:34 - 2026-06-09 12:25:35
Sarah

Does it include it?

2026-06-09 12:25:37 - 2026-06-09 12:25:38
Sarah

Does it include any parts, or is it just the service?

2026-06-09 12:25:38 - 2026-06-09 12:25:40
Behnam

Yeah, the service parts, yes.

2026-06-09 12:25:40 - 2026-06-09 12:25:41
Behnam

Yeah.

2026-06-09 12:25:41 - 2026-06-09 12:25:42
Behnam

Breakdown, no, but breakdown is insurance.

2026-06-09 12:25:42 - 2026-06-09 12:25:45
Behnam

So they come within 24 hours.

2026-06-09 12:25:45 - 2026-06-09 12:25:48
Behnam

So it doesn't matter who your supplier.

2026-06-09 12:25:48 - 2026-06-09 12:25:50
Behnam

There are many of them who offer that,

2026-06-09 12:25:50 - 2026-06-09 12:25:53
Behnam

but Scottish Power always promotes it.

2026-06-09 12:25:53 - 2026-06-09 12:25:55
Behnam

If you know it's cheap,

2026-06-09 12:25:55 - 2026-06-09 12:25:56
Damoon

I want to change it because they're rating it.

2026-06-09 12:25:56 - 2026-06-09 12:25:58
Damoon

British Gas offers that as well, but they're not cheap.

2026-06-09 12:25:58 - 2026-06-09 12:26:00
Damoon

Yeah, no, they're not cheap.

2026-06-09 12:26:00 - 2026-06-09 12:26:01
Damoon

The contract should be on the way.

2026-06-09 12:26:02 - 2026-06-09 12:26:03
Unknown

But if you open an employer insurance package,

2026-06-09 12:26:03 - 2026-06-09 12:26:07
Unknown

if you buy it direct, I think it should be like £15 a month.

2026-06-09 12:26:08 - 2026-06-09 12:26:11
Unknown

But you're going to pay £100 for a service.

2026-06-09 12:26:11 - 2026-06-09 12:26:13
Damoon

It possibly needs to be certificated first

2026-06-09 12:26:13 - 2026-06-09 12:26:14
Damoon

because there's lots of ways if you haven't been serviced like last year, maybe.

2026-06-09 12:26:14 - 2026-06-09 12:26:20
Damoon

If there's something wrong, yes.

2026-06-09 12:26:20 - 2026-06-09 12:26:22
Damoon

But if there's nothing wrong, you just can't do it.

2026-06-09 12:26:22 - 2026-06-09 12:26:24
Damoon

There is something wrong.

2026-06-09 12:26:24 - 2026-06-09 12:26:25
Damoon

There is that electric valve, they call it,

2026-06-09 12:26:25 - 2026-06-09 12:26:27
Damoon

which I kind of just checked it, everything's set over.

2026-06-09 12:26:28 - 2026-06-09 12:26:31
Damoon

I mean, the boiler is working, the heating is working, the hot water is going.

2026-06-09 12:26:31 - 2026-06-09 12:26:37
Damoon

The hot water is not just going from the tank to the services.

2026-06-09 12:26:37 - 2026-06-09 12:26:42
Damoon

And then check here and there because I had this issue with first floor heating.

2026-06-09 12:26:43 - 2026-06-09 12:26:49
Damoon

There is obviously a valve which automatically should be closed when it's supposed to close.

2026-06-09 12:26:50 - 2026-06-09 12:26:56
Damoon

But when it's not working accordingly, so I did it manually to put it on, like turn it on.

2026-06-09 12:26:56 - 2026-06-09 12:27:04
Damoon

Basically, it's off when it was going on.

2026-06-09 12:27:04 - 2026-06-09 12:27:06
Damoon

So it should get order from the thingy, the thermostat.

2026-06-09 12:27:07 - 2026-06-09 12:27:12
Damoon

But when it's not working and I check, it's something there and there it's going.

2026-06-09 12:27:12 - 2026-06-09 12:27:17
Damoon

It's not very expensive.

2026-06-09 12:27:17 - 2026-06-09 12:27:18
Damoon

That one is about £50, £60, but changing that and it's not something you can.
