Also, how much you're paying these companies is just doing as little as £12 per collection, same stuff.

2026-06-09 11:42:11 - 2026-06-09 11:42:19
Unknown

It's about £100.

2026-06-09 11:42:22 - 2026-06-09 11:42:23
Behnam

Before VAT it's £88 a month. £22.

2026-06-09 11:42:26 - 2026-06-09 11:42:30
Behnam

And it's the big one, £1100.

2026-06-09 11:42:30 - 2026-06-09 11:42:34
Damoon

Yeah, that's £1100, they do £14 for 75kg and on top of that it's going to be 16 pence.

2026-06-09 11:42:34 - 2026-06-09 11:42:43
Damoon

Or you can pay £2 more and you get 20kg extra.

2026-06-09 11:42:44 - 2026-06-09 11:42:47
Behnam

But here you don't have heavy things most of the time.

2026-06-09 11:42:49 - 2026-06-09 11:42:53
Damoon

This is £18 per...

2026-06-09 11:42:54 - 2026-06-09 11:42:57
Damoon

Excuse me, look, maybe...

2026-06-09 11:42:57 - 2026-06-09 11:42:58
Damoon

Hello! Salam Khomein!

2026-06-09 11:42:59 - 2026-06-09 11:43:02
Damoon

How are you?

2026-06-09 11:43:02 - 2026-06-09 11:43:03
Damoon

We're looking for your number.

2026-06-09 11:43:07 - 2026-06-09 11:43:08
Damoon

Salam!

2026-06-09 11:43:09 - 2026-06-09 11:43:10
Damoon

No, physical love, some people.

2026-06-09 11:43:16 - 2026-06-09 11:43:18
Damoon

Yeah, if he's rolling, but usually they need three months.

2026-06-09 11:43:20 - 2026-06-09 11:43:23
Damoon

No, just bear in mind if you want to...

2026-06-09 11:43:25 - 2026-06-09 11:43:28
Damoon

Yeah, that's not fine.

2026-06-09 11:43:28 - 2026-06-09 11:43:29
Damoon

It's very cheap.

2026-06-09 11:43:29 - 2026-06-09 11:43:33
Damoon

My whole house I was paying about £32.

2026-06-09 11:43:33 - 2026-06-09 11:43:35
Damoon

It's a big one, yeah.

2026-06-09 11:43:35 - 2026-06-09 11:43:42
Damoon

But to be honest, in the other hand, they wouldn't charge us for extra pay.

2026-06-09 11:43:43 - 2026-06-09 11:43:46
Damoon

But even with extra pay, it should be good.

2026-06-09 11:43:47 - 2026-06-09 11:43:49
Behnam

Yeah, I'm trying to read it and tell them to wait around because we'll never have to

2026-06-09 11:43:49 - 2026-06-09 11:43:54
Behnam

pay it over.

2026-06-09 11:43:54 - 2026-06-09 11:43:55
Unknown

We have that one.

2026-06-09 11:43:58 - 2026-06-09 11:43:59
Behnam

Once or twice, yeah.

2026-06-09 11:44:00 - 2026-06-09 11:44:01
Behnam

But there's a few surcharges, 35 pence per service.

2026-06-09 11:44:02 - 2026-06-09 11:44:06
Behnam

Waste transfer compliance.

2026-06-09 11:44:07 - 2026-06-09 11:44:09
Behnam

Yeah.

2026-06-09 11:44:09 - 2026-06-09 11:44:09
Behnam

That one's charged a quarterly seven pounds.

2026-06-09 11:44:09 - 2026-06-09 11:44:12
Behnam

Always some hidden things.

2026-06-09 11:44:12 - 2026-06-09 11:44:14
Damoon

They said they don't charge anything.

2026-06-09 11:44:14 - 2026-06-09 11:44:15
Damoon

Just that flat rate you pay and nothing else.

2026-06-09 11:44:16 - 2026-06-09 11:44:18
Damoon

Where?

2026-06-09 11:44:18 - 2026-06-09 11:44:18
Damoon

Sensa.

2026-06-09 11:44:19 - 2026-06-09 11:44:19
Behnam

And they are in Sheffield.

2026-06-09 11:44:20 - 2026-06-09 11:44:21
Unknown

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.

2026-06-09 11:44:21 - 2026-06-09 11:44:22
Behnam

Because some of the companies are a bit less reliable.

2026-06-09 11:44:22 - 2026-06-09 11:44:25
Behnam

But on the whole, I think Bifa's been okay.

2026-06-09 11:44:25 - 2026-06-09 11:44:27
Behnam

It's a big company.

2026-06-09 11:44:28 - 2026-06-09 11:44:29
Damoon

And they, they started cheap and then suddenly they're selling it to a bigger company like

2026-06-09 11:44:30 - 2026-06-09 11:44:37
Damoon

Bifa.

2026-06-09 11:44:37 - 2026-06-09 11:44:37
Damoon

And then they increase the price.

2026-06-09 11:44:38 - 2026-06-09 11:44:39
Damoon

I think you have the right to change your contract if it's increasing, but sometimes

2026-06-09 11:44:39 - 2026-06-09 11:44:46
Damoon

you carry on. I've noticed lots of places that have been like that.

2026-06-09 11:44:46 - 2026-06-09 11:44:56
Damoon

I've got a page, Dr, it won't let me. It says it's full.

2026-06-09 11:44:56 - 2026-06-09 11:45:18
Behnam

It's not full anymore. About an hour and a half ago.

2026-06-09 11:45:19 - 2026-06-09 11:45:23
Unknown

I haven't tried it since. I've tried deleting a load of library.

2026-06-09 11:45:26 - 2026-06-09 11:45:29
Damoon

It's okay now. We'll see if we can do something with this

2026-06-09 11:45:29 - 2026-06-09 11:45:35
Damoon

because if we don't get it, it's going to be an issue.

2026-06-09 11:45:35 - 2026-06-09 11:45:39
Damoon

We still have to pay a cater to ourselves. And Amara.

2026-06-09 11:45:41 - 2026-06-09 11:45:50
Behnam

Amara has paid.
