Is it working now?

No, I didn't try it yesterday.

It wasn't yesterday.

Okay, I didn't say it because I've got an idea.

I understand.

Hello, Berd, how are you?

Everything is good.

Congratulations on the arrival of Dorna.

Congratulations.

The family is growing in the same way.

I'm very happy.

Berd, I've reached the right place today.

I'll talk a little more about this and that.

I'll talk about it later.

But as far as I know,

where Manchester is,

it's in the upper part of the country.

That's why I think it's much more than

what a passport can do.

Okay.

And now it's not registered.

But considering the rateable value,

which I think was £75,000,

I think it's around £30,000 to £30,000 a year.

I'm guessing it's around £40,000 to £50,000.

And it's not that big of a place.

It's more for boutiques and design.

For example, new designs.

Or for example,

there are things that I think are more expensive.

Now I'll tell you more about it.

I'll give you more updates.

Hello, how are you?

What's up?

I texted you.

Maybe you're sleeping.

I came to TLC,

which is a relatively large extension.

It has three places.

I took Berd in the car.

Then I have to go to the same Range Rover from Sunpoint.

I'll fix it for them.

I'm currently on my way.

Now I'm going out to work.

Hi, Anna.

Hope you're doing well.

Sorry, I just didn't reply to you earlier.

It was two things.

First, I wasn't very well last few days.

And same time,

it was a shop which we finally took it over.

It wasn't finalized and we wasn't sure.

So I just wanted to see how that one is going

and then get back to you.

But we got that one.

It's close where we live.

But still, potentially,

we're looking for more premises

between me and our friends.

I'll pass this location to my friend for now.

And as soon as I just go.

Hi, Anna.

Hope you're doing well.

Sorry, I didn't get back to you earlier.

I was in the middle of the deal

for taking over a shop near where we live.

And it's just...

We just finalized it and we decided to go for it.

So that's why I didn't get back to you.

Just wanted to see how that one is going.

But still, we are considering more premises to go.

But we need to go ahead with this one.

And as soon as we settle this one,

because this is only a small one.

So between me and our friends,

we're still looking for more premises.

And for now, I pass this to our friends

to look on the areas and location.

Yeah, so if I get any response from them

and as soon as I got a bit more freelance with this one,

I'll check again with you if this is still available.

We'll go have a look to see what we can for this one.

I think the area is mostly students,

share houses and stuff.
