And ideally you don't do with those in Shafi'i, for example, you don't need them when you

are strong enough to give someone your next door, you can't give it to Radha Rambar, here

and there.

Yeah, like Abdali used to take it, and he didn't use to put it in Shafi'i.

And Abdali is one of them, if he's not expired...

No, but they did use it to take our customers away, and then that's why they wouldn't buy

from him, because we had customers who bought only because we had that sauce, and he wanted

it, sold it at the same price, and one of them was Abu Azhar.

Oh yeah.

He's everything.

As I said, that's, it depends on how you want to carry on, cash and carry as well.

No, it needs to be something like that if people are coming.

It needs to be that.

These and chips as well.

Chips is easier, but it's not a niche item like this.

Yeah, then Bulgarians reckon that there's no excellence coming, and even he hasn't got any.

So she's, who's she?

From that pandemic.

Yeah.

They've got a shop as well?

No.

So they just buy for their customers?

They use about a pallet of Soprano a week for their customers, but they don't do it

any cheese directly.

They just poke some of the chips and a few things.

So she's the wife of that guy?

I said this to your husband.

She said, no, but we work together.

I'm the sales woman.

So when she got short of the items...

No, they buy from Katie Choice, and sometimes they don't have to come here.

So now what she said about excellence.

There's no excellence coming out of France.

They're not making them anymore, or not for now.

And they're repitting the factory.

He tried to get them made somewhere else, and they got stopped because the name belongs to the factory in France.

They've got Ekin, and now Ekin brand is better than excellence anyway.

They've changed the factories anyway.

They got taken over, the factory in France or something.

Ekin chips are the best one to have.

But who used to use excellence, they now want Ekin, the petroleum.

And there's only them who've got it.

And apart from him.

I think they delivered it to Pisa for you.

I've been there, they was doing Ekin.

But before it was Endo-Ekin.

Now there is Ekin and there is Endos.

Ekin is coming from the factory to them directly.

He said the excellence is better than Ekin.

Well, it seems like even if we had excellence from him, it's something else anyway.

So she's going to be...

We're going to bring some samples of the Ekin here.

And we do the cheese cheap.

Maybe do a pallet of cheese and a couple of pallets of chips.

So we're going to get samples of Ekin.

See how they are.

They're slightly cheaper as well, if you reckon.

Well, you don't know.

A couple of months ago, he sent me some picture of the shop they had Ekin.

And it wasn't good.

He said it's not bad, but not very good chips as well.

It just seems like the excellence, even if we got him to send us the excellence...

No, still it's the same excellence as it was a few months ago, after the companies changed.

It's not, it shouldn't change.

Their excellence, their growth...

Was different.

Was different.

Because that was from the French factory.

But that kept coming from the same factory.

And they said they had an issue.

They're not allowing him to do it.

That's why they stopped them.

They complained them.

They copied them because of the excellence.

And it's a lawsuit between the factories that they wasn't allowed to do that.

So somehow they could manage to stop them.

So basically the other fake excellence, which is from Belgium or from France, is not coming, obviously, as they said.

As we understand.

And that's why maybe they bring the excellence price down to just push it to the market to compete with Ekin.

Of course.

Let's see if she brings the...

We can try nothing home-brought it or we can see who's got it.

We can try before...

If we got to that point to order it, maybe somehow get couple of boxes to try to see...

Of excellence, yeah.

To compare side by side.

If we can avoid dealing with him, it's better.

Because all he does every week for me and shout at me about from two years ago he wants money.

And he's going to come down here and take everything and even call the police if he want.

And I can't talk to him even.

He doesn't...

They're chasing.

Yeah, they're sometimes chasing for selling excellence.

Yeah, he wants to sell the excellence.
