Right, that's a piece of crazy, I can't remember when I got up to it.

When I go back, it takes me back to the first page.

I know.

And I'm like, well, I can't remember where I am.

It's like that, do you know when you have to do adjustments on,

when they're ready to get dispatched?

Yeah, you have to start it all again once you've saved it.

I know!

That's the only 19.

For example, like, when you need to do two orders.

Yeah.

When I put his first order in, I have to start it again.

Yeah.

Yeah, that's not as good, is it?

No.

My return address, which is where I got it delivered,

which my mum and dad's asked,

and it says it'll come between, like, half nine and half 11.

Yeah.

I was like, well, I don't know whether my mum and dad's going to be in,

so I'll do it to work for Monday so I've got time to wrap it up.

So because I've put it in,

I've got a business address in,

they've changed it from 8am to 10am.

Well, I'm not meant to do that because I don't open till half past nine.

Most businesses aren't open at eight o'clock, are they?

No, and there's no option to change it.

Yeah.

Oh, what am I meant to do now?

They're quite good, though, do you know, Royal Mail, yeah,

because they know we don't want to,

because it's the same drivers in here.

I don't know because of them shots that Raphael was sending back.

Yeah.

They never came and collected them.

Benham had to take them because they just kept coming at, like,

half past eight in the morning to pick it up.

So Benham ended up taking them to the post office himself.

Did he?

Yeah.

You can remember when you had that laptop and it broke

and he was sending that back and they never came and collected that,

did they?

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.
