I would just say to Charlotte, do you know when we lived in Switzerland, we bought a

2026-05-27 11:45:17 - 2026-05-27 11:45:22
Sarah

BMW exactly the same, but ours were an F-Wedge, so it literally had been, and that as a why,

2026-05-27 11:45:22 - 2026-05-27 11:45:28
Damoon

exactly the same. I just wondered if I could find one, but I don't know how much we have at the moment.

2026-05-27 11:45:29 - 2026-05-27 11:45:34
Sarah

It shouldn't be cheap. I said there is a show in Germany. We brought it over. But if it's in Germany, other drivers are there anyway.

2026-05-27 11:45:35 - 2026-05-27 11:45:53
Sarah

It's an E-Type Jag, isn't it? So are they picking your car up from here then? Are they picking the car up today?

2026-05-27 11:45:54 - 2026-05-27 11:46:23
Damoon

I don't know.

2026-05-27 11:46:25 - 2026-05-27 11:46:26
Damoon

I don't know. They haven't contacted me yet, but I think I should bring insurance again, because the guy who I was talking to, as I said, he just passed me a message and I didn't know anything.

2026-05-27 11:46:26 - 2026-05-27 11:46:40
Damoon

And maybe I would be better if I went to their contact me today, but sometimes you don't know, you don't contact them, and it comes like, oh, we informed the truth.

2026-05-27 11:46:43 - 2026-05-27 11:46:54
Damoon

Yeah.

2026-05-27 11:46:55 - 2026-05-27 11:46:55
Damoon

I just wanted to go to the repair center because I started with them.

2026-05-27 11:46:56 - 2026-05-27 11:46:58
Sarah

Yeah, I think you're definitely the correct thing to do then.

2026-05-27 11:46:59 - 2026-05-27 11:47:01
Damoon

Yeah, because you don't know. But it was helpful. I mean, I'm making sense. I ran them, and they didn't have any notes for our cases.

2026-05-27 11:47:01 - 2026-05-27 11:47:11
Damoon

They called hire cars. I said, oh, ring them, and asked them, because you are rigid.

2026-05-27 11:47:11 - 2026-05-27 11:47:15
Damoon

So I'm not going to ring hire car until later on today. If they don't ring me, I'm going to call them back.

2026-05-27 11:47:19 - 2026-05-27 11:47:25
Damoon

like, later this afternoon, said, OK, I've been expected.

2026-05-27 11:47:26 - 2026-05-27 11:47:29
Damoon

I didn't know anything.

2026-05-27 11:47:30 - 2026-05-27 11:47:30
Damoon

Because in the other hand, you don't want to face.

2026-05-27 11:47:30 - 2026-05-27 11:47:33
Damoon

Because sometimes you feel, oh, no, they wouldn't do this.

2026-05-27 11:47:33 - 2026-05-27 11:47:36
Damoon

But sometimes you're facing something.

2026-05-27 11:47:37 - 2026-05-27 11:47:38
Damoon

They do very unreasonable things.

2026-05-27 11:47:38 - 2026-05-27 11:47:40
Damoon

Like, I never think they said, no, it's nothing

2026-05-27 11:47:40 - 2026-05-27 11:47:43
Damoon

to do with accident or repair.

2026-05-27 11:47:44 - 2026-05-27 11:47:47
Damoon

You should fix it yourself and stuff.

2026-05-27 11:47:47 - 2026-05-27 11:47:49
Damoon

And I'm telling anyone, they said, no, this is rubbish.

2026-05-27 11:47:50 - 2026-05-27 11:47:53
Damoon

You shouldn't leave them to get something to make them fix it.

2026-05-27 11:47:53 - 2026-05-27 11:48:00
Damoon

But in the other hand, if I don't bring the car,

2026-05-27 11:48:01 - 2026-05-27 11:48:03
Damoon

that's going to be something.

2026-05-27 11:48:03 - 2026-05-27 11:48:05
Damoon

If I don't, if I bring the car, I said, oh, you've got the car,

2026-05-27 11:48:05 - 2026-05-27 11:48:10
Damoon

then it might be harder to challenge it, I don't know.

2026-05-27 11:48:10 - 2026-05-27 11:48:14
Sarah

That's really weird, because like, how do you prove,

2026-05-27 11:48:18 - 2026-05-27 11:48:21
Sarah

like, apart from like, you know, like, because obviously you

2026-05-27 11:48:22 - 2026-05-27 11:48:28
Sarah

didn't.

2026-05-27 11:48:28 - 2026-05-27 11:48:28
Sarah

You didn't have any problems with it before.

2026-05-27 11:48:28 - 2026-05-27 11:48:30
Damoon

Yeah.

2026-05-27 11:48:30 - 2026-05-27 11:48:31
Sarah

So like.

2026-05-27 11:48:31 - 2026-05-27 11:48:32
Damoon

Exactly.

2026-05-27 11:48:33 - 2026-05-27 11:48:33
Damoon

And that's the thing.

2026-05-27 11:48:34 - 2026-05-27 11:48:35
Damoon

That's a sign.

2026-05-27 11:48:35 - 2026-05-27 11:48:36
Damoon

Because from the repair center, and they had that call,

2026-05-27 11:48:36 - 2026-05-27 11:48:38
Damoon

and they checked for the sensor, and the door didn't open.

2026-05-27 11:48:38 - 2026-05-27 11:48:42
Damoon

And the first things I wanted to try the car,

2026-05-27 11:48:42 - 2026-05-27 11:48:45
Damoon

possibly having a video or picture when the door didn't

2026-05-27 11:48:47 - 2026-05-27 11:48:51
Damoon

open, I should check.

2026-05-27 11:48:51 - 2026-05-27 11:48:52
Damoon

But as I said, the only mistake.

2026-05-27 11:48:56 - 2026-05-27 11:48:58
Damoon

When the door didn't open, I shouldn't drive the car.

2026-05-27 11:48:58 - 2026-05-27 11:49:01
Damoon

I just should, must leave it, ask them to come to take it.

2026-05-27 11:49:01 - 2026-05-27 11:49:05
Damoon

Because by that time, they brought the car without even

2026-05-27 11:49:05 - 2026-05-27 11:49:08
Damoon

amusing it.

2026-05-27 11:49:08 - 2026-05-27 11:49:09
Damoon

The problem started.

2026-05-27 11:49:09 - 2026-05-27 11:49:10
Damoon

And then they couldn't say no, just because when the car is

2026-05-27 11:49:11 - 2026-05-27 11:49:15
Damoon

in the garage, something goes wrong with it, they come and say,

2026-05-27 11:49:15 - 2026-05-27 11:49:19
Damoon

no, it's not our fault.

2026-05-27 11:49:21 - 2026-05-27 11:49:23
Damoon

That's the thing.

2026-05-27 11:49:25 - 2026-05-27 11:49:26
Damoon

They drug it too much to find a possibly legal way to avoid it.

2026-05-27 11:49:26 - 2026-05-27 11:49:30
Damoon

Yeah.

2026-05-27 11:49:31 - 2026-05-27 11:49:31
Damoon

I don't understand it.

2026-05-27 11:49:32 - 2026-05-27 11:49:36
Damoon

They spend this much on a higher car and drug it too much.

2026-05-27 11:49:36 - 2026-05-27 11:49:41
Damoon

Exactly.

2026-05-27 11:49:41 - 2026-05-27 11:49:41
Damoon

If they fixed it like two weeks ago.

2026-05-27 11:49:41 - 2026-05-27 11:49:43
Damoon

Yeah.

2026-05-27 11:49:43 - 2026-05-27 11:49:43
Damoon

Maybe, I don't know, cost them another $15,000, or $1,500,

2026-05-27 11:49:44 - 2026-05-27 11:49:48
Damoon

or $1,000, $2,000.

2026-05-27 11:49:48 - 2026-05-27 11:49:49
Damoon

But each day of this car is $400, $500 cost them.

2026-05-27 11:49:49 - 2026-05-27 11:49:53
Damoon

Yeah.

2026-05-27 11:49:54 - 2026-05-27 11:49:54
Damoon

If everyone's happy and finished the deal,

2026-05-27 11:49:54 - 2026-05-27 11:49:56
Damoon

rather than just waiting to make a decision.
