The reason for my call today is I'm calling you about your business account, which is TLC solution Limited.

We saw that you've been using our max plan on that business account since November 2024.

There are a couple of things I would like to see that don't exist.

One is, I think the tide is excellent for new businesses and small businesses.

As we grow, it would be good to have a better web interface to the bank.

So we could have different users with different roles, perhaps importing payments and things like that, which amazing banks offer.

Rather than everything being on the, mobile phone app.

It's a little bit tricky, it's a little bit gimmicky compared to the major banks, and I found a few occasions where I wish I could just use the computer import a payment file, perhaps have some better integrations as well.

For example, we're using the tight payments with the card machine.

And the only way I can see the

Transaction history is in the app.

I can't see that on the web interface.

I can't access that by API or open banking or anything.

So it's a bit limited in that respect.

I'd like my software to be able to link and see the card receipts we've taken and the fees we've made, for example, without me having to use the app and export PDFs and copy them across.

It's very good, but it's a tricky problem that as we grow, I start looking at what bigger high street banks have to offer for functionality like that.
