It was just a hell of a thud when I hit the floor.

Um, so it was up in my, bedroom and you know, like the little step stool that Anna stands on in the bathroom.

The little plastic thing.

I normally just stand on that and put things in the cupboard.

But I was lifting something,

Heavy and I thought, oh, it'd be better to get the little steps.

So I was like two steps in the air and turned round, put my foot down thinking I was only one step in the air and suddenly it's like, ah, there's nothing there.

And then splat, yeah.

It was just silly.

Your granddad was doing things like that, you used to get worried you don't even like me, putting heavy things up, places on my own and doing stuff like that.

But it's always the way.

The person who worries the most.

Does a bad thing.

Like I say, I'm usually careful.

If I've been going up in a loft, or if I I'd been, um, in the, like the sunroom and painting the ceiling and I'd know I'm up the ladder, so I take it carefully.

It's just because my brain thought I'm only on the one step and didn't consider.

It's the first time I've ever been up two steps to get into that cupboard.

And I think it's because I just went down like sideways.

I was sort of facing the cupboard, turned round to put my foot down.

So I was, I turned like 90 degrees.

and then I just went completely down on my side.

And I didn't have time to think to put my hand out to stop me from falling.

Because I think if I'd done that, I would probably have broken my wrist or something.

But because I just went down, spread the the weight and everything saw right.

So, so yeah, I'm just staffed.

I've just put loads of anica on it and, um, yeah, I'm all right.

Um, I couldn't sleep on that side, but it's all right.

It's, yeah, I can, everything moved so I checked everything.

I was like laid on the floor and thought, um, wiggled everything and everything wiggled all right and got myself up and, and just kept, um, moving it.

All a little bit and and yeah, everything's absolutely fine.

So I was very lucky and it was a good a good reminder that I shouldn't do silly things.

So pay attention to what I'm doing.
