I can do alright this week.

But the rest is fine.

There's no rush for the rest.

But hopefully

I get my money back.

I did a small, I mean,

temporary investment, but hopefully I get

money back in a short time.

In mid-June, second or third week June.

In mid-June, second or third week June.

Then I've got two, three months free to work on it to do other things.

Then I've got two, three months free to work on it to do other things.

It's a bit risky but better than nothing.

It gives you a bit if you do it carefully.

That's good but risky is different completely.

That's good but risky is different completely.

That's good but risky is different completely.

Yeah, that's a thing so it's just temporary.

You don't want to buy a new house and renovate it.

No, it's too much and it's not enough.

No, it's too much and it's not enough.

That's what they experience.

Yeah, but it's expensive everything.

Yeah, but it's expensive everything.

They charge you.

If you could do a good part of it, it's good.

If you could do like...

Without contractors.

Yeah, I mean not just without contractors.

Like for example if it's joinery or plumbing.

Yeah, so it makes sense still for like a builder or some specialist.

Yeah, so it makes sense still for like a builder or some specialist.

Just like you're saving...

My brother was very clever.

He got a certificate for the plumbing and he did that.

He said he's a computer software engineer.

He works...

He said contract freelance.

I do sometimes things like this as well.

Yeah.

But he gets usually...

He knows a couple of people in the business and he introduced me to somebody.

He knows a couple of people in the business and he introduced me to somebody.

One of them used to be his boss when he had a...

Freelancer.

Yeah, he's his old boss and his old boss' wife is Japanese.

And through them they get contracts.

The Japanese government invests in a lot of research to do AI.

For example, the way that we in Europe and Iran, the way you write mathematics is slightly different.

And they wanted the computer to mark the kids' homework.

And they wanted the computer to mark the kids' homework.

And the AI had to learn.

And the AI had to learn.

They made it in America for like the Western way of doing formulas on paper.

But the Japanese write everything very completely differently.

But the Japanese write everything very completely differently.

Different numbers everything.

Something.

Symbols for additional subtraction.

And complex formulas.

And complex formulas.

So my brother was, he doesn't understand them, but he was working on them.

And complex formulas.

Him alone working on building the model which can interpret this Japanese.

It's like specialist thing.

The Japanese government financed it.

So they get sometimes jobs like that.

This guy gets these things, contracts from Japan.

He went to college and he qualified as a plumber.

He went to college and he qualified as a plumber.

And then he did plumbing in their own house.

And then he did plumbing in their own house.

And then in the meantime he can, either he could work as a plumber or he could get into,

He knows somebody as well in Hastings.

This man who is a big property investor got many many houses and all that.

And he's joking but he says well if I come back to England I'm gonna do,

And he's joking but he says well if I come back to England I'm gonna do,

If you're a group of people and he could do plumbing.

If you're a group of people and he could do plumbing.

Yeah, if you have a team.

If he has a friend who does join you.

The knowledge you can learn is easy.

It's not rocket science.
