Hello.

Hello.

Hi, it's Jordan calling from Virgin Media.

How are you today?

Yeah, all right, thank you.

Yes, yeah.

Perfect.

Yeah, good, thanks.

for us.

And it was just a follow up call.

You had a look on our website to get services.

We placed an order.

We placed an order.

Was it online that you placed?

Yeah, we did.

Yeah, yeah.

Yeah, I'll just double check it's all gone through all right, just because it's flagged up to give you a call.

It's number 41a your property.

Yeah, yeah, that's fine.

I replaced the order and the installations this Friday, I think.

Oh, okay.

So yeah, that that property needs releasing on our system before we can get the order booked in fully.

Yeah.

I know we tried it before and it didn't work out, but

I think it was because of getting the landlord's authorization to drill a hole in the wall.

Yeah.

Is that what it is?

Yeah.

Yeah, it's just a way leave.

Like provide the landlord's number to sort of because he's aware of it and he's not going to be a problem.

Yeah, of course, yeah, and I'll get it sorted for you today.

All right, what, what's his number?

Just bear with me.

It was through an agency, you see, and they were a nine man.

They probably wanted to charge him for answering the question or something, but he's packed that in.

It's 07494.

yeah 56637.

Perfect yeah i'll get it sorted for you today once that's done i'll give you a call back and we'll get it but

It's no problem.

If you can't get a hold of me, if you want to email because I'll be in and out of meetings, I'll try again.

And his name's Craig, if it helps.

Okay, perfect.

All right.
