Training them and they cheat and they hack people.

But if they can do that, and it's in the wrong hands, and you say somebody uses the power of AI to say, create a nuclear bomb or a virus, which was the example he gave, they can hack in their laboratories and autonomously create a virus that could wipe out human race.

Anybody there are scientists who are capable of doing that, so there are laws that control it who can access this stuff.

But the AI could easily hack him and do that tomorrow.

So the AI in the wrong hand is worse than a nuclear bombs.

And that's only one way.

there are ways that they could manipulate the world that nobody could imagine.
