And that's not the priority, but so, but I just don't want them to treat it as one thing and discharging.

You know, it must be treated as multiple morbidity.

It needs to be fully assessed.

And he's told them all that and they've written that in his discharge notes from last week.

They've run out of time to see him.

They said they should have had three stents and he only had two because the doctor ran out of time and it's written in inverted comments because that's his version of it.

And then he woke up and then yesterday's like, they've just put one stint in, you know, they've just put one stent, but I need it too.

I want to know if that's the one they should have done before.

And but then the doctor came and explained very clearly that's not how it works, you know.

It's a long artery and it can have multiple places where it gets occluded and slightly closed or blocked.

It could be closed or it could be blocked and we have different ways of treating it.

It's a really, really risky thing to put three stents in.

So, it just makes sense.

Because it's still heart surgery.

He's still got pain because he's had heart surgery, you know, and it carries risk and it's not even a lifetime fix to co-open to Nana.

It wasn't a stent, but it's something that can go move or you know, you want.

It could also contribute to heart problems, it's like in the long run, but he's not in danger with diabetes, but they moved him to a diabetes ward, because AAU was full.

And then they reviewed him and said, Well, you're fine, but we're treating, we think it's a gourd, you know, the reflux disease, gastroesophagal reflux disease, so discharge him to the care of his GP.

But that was affected by diabetes doctors.

Because that's the word he was on for no reason, just that the AAU was full.

If he'd made it to cardiology, I'm sure this wouldn't have gone the way it did.

Now he's in the cardiology, he's in intensive care units and they're all about heart in every minute detail.

Stent is great and life saving, but it's not without risk.

There's a lot of cases they do do it, but only if they really have to, to save the person's life there and then.

Otherwise they do one and then they address the rest of it later.

And I think the doctor who did it said to him, I put one stent in, there was a fully blocked artery, I put a stent in and opened it, so you're okay, you'll survive now, and we'll deal with the rest as it comes.

And he says, And he's telling the nurse, I say, What does that mean?

I have to have another heart attack before they look at my other ones and all that.

And then the doctor came over because he's, because the nurse wants to say you need to go and talk to him.

And she says, No, it's just not as blocked as it seemed, as that one.

It's quite blocked.

They're up to 90% occluded, so here's the problem.

But stent may or may not be the right treatment.

If we can avoid this stent, we avoid it.

It's not because we run out of time, it's because it may not be the best treatment.

If it can be treated medically, which might mean a course of drugs for like three days, being on very strong drugs to really thin your blood and break down all cholesterol.

So you'll be weak and you must stay in hospital and you must be monitored.

You know, and if you cut your finger, you would bleed to death.

It's like, there could be a treatment like that that would avoid having to have a stent.

And it's like, I don't

Why they don't want to do stints.

And it's just silly.

Because he's like, oh, he's set in his mind that they didn't want to do it, or they ran out of time or couldn't be bothered or they didn't like him.

Because of how he thinks it's always everything you see.
