And that was a few days ago, I think.

And then I wrote on WhatsApp and nothing.

And then I eventually got a call from the guy asking me if I wanted to buy a BMW.

So I was a bit confused, but it's no problem.

I don't know why it.

Yeah, I don't know why it's kicked everything over to sales for some reason.

Yeah, so BMW obviously they've only just sent that recall out.

It's quite a new recall that they've added.

so new that they haven't even got any parts ready, which is helpful.

So what what they've done is obviously they sent those out asking people to book in, which we are more than happy to do.

I'm more than happy to take all your details.

And then as soon as they tell us we can order the parts, either myself or one of my colleagues here in the service team will then call you to finalize a date if that's okay.

Yes, yeah, it came up straight away because obviously they passed on your your contact number and name.

So the first I think I did was look up your number and yeah, it does come up with this car.

So and you're quite right, your address details, you've been here a few times.

But yeah, leave that with us I'll get this across to the party.

They'll add you to the contact list and then as soon as they let me know, they're all trouble.

Like I say, either myself or one of my colleagues here in the service team or.

Yeah, well, as you can imagine, with any recall, they make it, they make the letter as scary sounding as possible so that people take notice, which, you know, you do.

And they're not, don't get me wrong.

They're not saying that it's your particular vehicle that's at risk, but they're just saying that that makes them models of the same range and age.
