Hello, Shiny Homes Cleaning Service.

Hi there, I'm looking for a cleaner.

Do you serve Sheffield area?

Yes, we certainly do.

Shiny Homes covers Sheffield and the surrounding area.

areas.

Are you looking for a regular cleaning, a one off clean, or perhaps something like a deep clean or moving clean?

Well, it's a regular.

I need somebody every two weeks on a Saturday morning.

Do you think you can do that?

Of course.

Fortnightly cleaning on a Thursday morning is something we can look into for you.

To check availability, could I ask for the postcode of the property you'd like cleaned?

Yeah, it's S93WX.

Thank you.

Just to make sure I have that right, is that S93WX?

And could I take your name please?

Great, thank you.

Thank you, Tony.

And is the number you're calling from the best one for the team to contact you on?

It is, yes.

Perfect.

Now just to get a better idea of the property, is it a house or a flat and how many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have?

It is a house and it's got nine bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Okay, so that's a house with nine bedrooms and four bathrooms.

That's quite a large property.

Is there anything in particular you'd like the team to know about the cleaning or any specific priorities

You have. from you because if you could tell me a joke, I would be delighted and I would definitely sign up to your service.

That's very kind of you to say, Tony.

While I'm here to make sure your home gets sparkling clean.

I'm afraid my joke telling skills are a bit limited.

However, I can certainly pass your enthusiasm onto the team.

Just to finish up the details, are there any specific areas of the house you'd like the cleaners to focus on, or perhaps any pets they should be aware of?

No problem at all, Tony.

If you're not sure about specific priorities right now, that's perfectly fine.

The team can discuss that with you when they call back.

Just confirm you're looking for a fortnightly clean at your nine bedroom house in S93WX, ideally on a Thursday morning.

Is that all correct?

Yeah, it is, yeah.

Lovely, thank you.

I've got those details.

The team will check availability for a fortnightly Thursday morning clean at your property and contact you on this number to confirm the cost and next steps.

Is there anything else you'd like to add before I pass this on?

No, that's perfect.

Thanks so much.

You're very welcome, Tony.

Thanks for calling Shiny Homes.

The team will be in touch soon to check availability and confirm everything with you.

Have a lovely day.

You too.

Bye bye.

Goodbye Tony.
