with. Ben plus Damoon plus TLC jointly owned the pizza source project. It left you with something

much less settled and potentially much more favourable to you. The pizza source opportunity

exists independently. Its ownership and structure now need to be decided. Damoon may participate in

some capacity, but that capacity has not been fixed. That distinction is extremely important.

Where I think you are now, I describe your position tonight like this. One, you have

successfully preserved the pizza source opportunity. There is an established manufacturer willing to

restart production, an existing recipe, existing artwork packaging infrastructure, historical

market knowledge, and no obvious relational problem. Two, the horrible legacy stock issue

is potentially solid. Rather than you having to somehow

double-check the price of the pizza, you have to double-check the price of the pizza.

You can't dump old tins into the market.
