And Kogomi are the guys who own the factory in Portugal.

So, if you remember, we had a shareholding

in the two factories in Portugal.

And they came to us two years ago, nearly now,

and said, we'd like to buy your share.

Yeah.

And we said, no, they're not for sale.

So they said, well, can we buy the company?

And we said, well, okay.

So you had people like Tom, do you remember Tom?

Yeah.

So there was five of us who were shareholders.

Yeah.

And Tom and Glyn, the two biggest shareholders,

wanted to sell because they're in their 70s.
