So I spoke to someone and then I requested to raise a complaint, explain everything and that's the thing because for this I had to read three times and doing online chat a couple of times and it hasn't been sorted and I don't know why that happened and I don't understand why they estimated a start meter reading with that number.

Basically it's 4209, the actual read which on the BDS is 22nd of July 26th and 4209 it's the starting, it should be 1st of June, the starting meter reading and then they estimated 1410 on 1st of June which is nothing to do with that and the shop has been closed under renovation.

So we haven't done that yet.

We haven't used gas. I explain that all the time and that's the reason we haven't used any gas.
