and they estimated the start meter reading completely wrong,

much, much, much lower than what it is.

And that ended up to create a bill more than 2,000.

Then I informed them, I started to do that online chart,

and they said, okay, they're gonna change it,

nothing happened, I did again.

So a couple of times, I think one or two times,

that website chart, and it seems nothing changed

because it seems it was AI,

and I didn't understand the situation.

Then I ran, and not last time, two days ago,

like about two weeks ago, I spoke to someone,

and she asked me to send a picture

of the starting open meter reading, which ID,

and after two weeks, I checked,

it's nothing changed on the account.

And again, I think on Monday,
