away it's not something so it's very complicated because they might say well it's your car was

broke it's a fault with the electronics that's not accident related so we're washing our hands

no i don't think they go with that because they had issue with this and after they returned

they returned from repair center i was driving here but same day i had problems with

opening the door lock the door so if something goes wrong and that part is definitely expensive

it's expensive but i don't know how much product check it could be like 1500 or 1500 it's not that

expensive but maybe not enough maybe you have to warrant it right on there no because so far they

spent too much already so right now i mean higher car not on the car itself you wouldn't write it

off for one kind of control they won't but they said they had different tips and bobs like the

re-diagnosed because when something goes wrong

with them the fact is that it's complicated they don't know i guess in theory they're going to try

and make the repair center the body shop yeah yeah because i think that's the dispute seems

like a dispute with them because when they when they didn't give me a car straight away from

repair center they said they have to wait to see is the fault for accidents the fault from

them they couldn't fix it right or during the repair

so they knew at the time because i asked them just out of the

curiosity who's paying for higher car said we don't know yet yeah they are

because when they got contract with the repair center is they should repair it and if they can't

they should say it from early point early point just suspending and then because obviously repair

center together

he wanted to repair to send the bill to insurance but they did that but it didn't it's very messy

fix but now they said the last time they said they're going to have meeting between repair

center and insurance engineer and them but then she just finally said just engineer insurance

engineer just been to the uh main dealer and they had all the reports and now they're going to make

a decision what they're going to do so they haven't made a decision so they're going to

ring me directly now so they decided they take the things to carry on some other repair center

everything insurance yeah yeah so it's going to be repaired almost certainly it's not going to

be right it's just you don't know yet that's the thing so what it depends how much more cost to decide

out how was it the more cost to repair it or not.

going to they're going to be sent anyway for the repair center they're going to try to

but they'll have to agree an amount they just settle everything yeah 50 50 or something they

do something because it's just like the value of the car but the hires already cost probably more

definitely a double of the car maybe already so silly how it works yeah and that's the thing

that this repair centers up because it takes long and they didn't give them time

as early as four weeks from that point so all that four weeks and then they they they're not

the one who can make a decision to write it up for then after that point it's up to insurance to

make a decision what to carry and if they say right from the day they say right up

the car they don't pay for seven days longer for the car for you and then after that

that bill stops because they decided better than them if they're not paying for it

they're not leaving

it till the issue they check because then it's i don't know what the good thing if you can get

your hands on that report as well because sometimes with mine they didn't want to give

the report to me i had to ask four or five times but they they took care of i examined it and

everything and then it took me four times to ask them for their engineer's report they just said

oh we said they think something like that the guy reads it and explains it i said can you send it to

me uh i don't know but if you can get that report then is it something legally you know

but right to happen i don't know maybe not and then they hope that they if they didn't but if they

decide to write it off and you can buy it back cheaply it would be useful to see what the main

dealers just go savage like this yeah but if it's just like if that ecu is 1500 pounds but

if you can buy the car back you don't have to put a new one from the main dealer if you want

to just patch it up even if you want to send it on but you would it would be interesting

like you said there's bits and bobs of other things it would be really useful for you to have

you know before even if you get the car
