and that sort of stuff, it just has to go up the chain, up the chain.

What happens? Nothing.

And what's the reason?

Because we're not interested in catching the low-level, street-level dealers.

We're not allowed to interfere, we're not allowed to talk to them or stop them or anything

because they might lead us to the bigger picture

and this is all handled by the specialist teams and, you know, high-level stuff.

And what happens? Nothing.

Nothing at all.

Maybe it's also corruption.

You know, money in their pocket and that's it.

But I think it is just that easy.

You open a bunch of vape shops or whatever you want, you know?

Yeah, well, it's amazing.

And famously, the Chinese, like in London, all those laundromats, you know,

the laundrette, like the Chinese run all around the world,

and in America, the Chinese run the laundrettes,

but the laundrette in London, they've got it.

They've got washing machines in their little tiny shop or their bed, I guess.
