No, the police know their names and addresses,

and the best they can do is collaborate with them,

not for gain, but to prevent people getting shot and stuff.

You know?

How many times has the police come

because there's a petty crime around TLC and they want CCTV?

And I say to the police,

look, there's drugs being dealt in that car park across the road

every single night.

If you want to catch a drug dealer,

you can just come parking on my car across the road

and you can arrest them.

There's only one way in and out of that car park.

So the people go and put stuff in the bushes

before they cut the bushes down,

and there's a man with a gun sitting there watching it 24 hours a day.

And this swap shifts and we've noticed it, we can see it.

We can predict their shift patterns.

A man with a gun watching a carrier bag

full of something or other in the bushes.

I can tell you all that to the police.

And they're like, yeah, yeah, but we're not allowed to act.
