but they will fail at some point so it's really important to try and reduce anything like that

in young age and try and do other things like dentures and bridges and stuff like this

also implants can get infected just like teeth can so there's quite a bit of plaque around the

teeth and i think as well as decay there is gum disease and gum disease can actually affect

implants and if you get if you have an implant put in and it gets infected it's actually a lot

harder to deal with than a tooth so i wouldn't be recommending implants at this point i think

what would be good is to get rid of the teeth that need to be gone do the fillings where we

need to do the fillings and review similar to what we've done with your brother and then at

that point we can think about how we're going to deal with the tooth loss but first of all before

we even think about replacing the missing teeth it's more important to look after the teeth that
