yeah that's really a big one then so this is this is the x-ray we got and i was a bit concerned about

how this looked and also this here so this is likely what you call like a cyst so usually you

have a tooth and it has an infection the bigger it gets the harder it is to kind of treat it's gone

down one of these three shadows was causing the big swelling on your palate that has gone down

completely now so that's good um but i think uh it's good to refer you to the specialist up at

there charge
