When my granddad was 34 or something like that, he used to go to the same town in Mallorca.

He was a friend of the guy who ran the agency and went to the flats and the guy owned like

three, four buildings with apartments and it's a nice town in the north.

Nothing's more than three stories.

Really nice, beautiful apartments.

This guy had loads of them.

And he was friends with my granddad and they were drinking one night.

English guy.

And he said, there's a building to sell and I'm looking for somebody to buy the third flat.

There's three apartments above the restaurant.

Very, very posh design.

Overlooking the bay.

It's on the front.

Beautiful.

And he said that one is 12,000 pounds to buy the apartment.

And then he said to my granddad, you should do it.

And my granddad was very excited.

Oh, I should do it.

I should do it.

And his father just died not long before.

He's inherited that.
