We haven't had a lot of opportunities to talk about it yet.

No, what I mean is that maybe we shouldn't just talk about it here.

Let's talk about it with other people, if you want.

Now, what should we do with Sara and me?

Should we check with them?

I don't have anything, I don't have a table.

No, give them their phone number if you want to talk directly with them.

Yes.

We'll check.

But what I mean is that right now, for example, the situation here,

in terms of money, there's not much, but now...

I don't know what to say.

I'll tell you a little bit about it.

It's up to you.

It's up to you.

I don't know what to say.

I've been very well taken care of.

Right now, there's not a lot of time to buy and sell,

but now tell the others if it's worth it.

It's obvious that they'll see.

It's obvious that they'll see.

They'll say, no, I don't want to eat.

Come here.

Just waiting for some funds.

I was telling him not in that situation to buy, obviously,

wholesale, but in the future.

He's saying he's too busy to do for them,

leaving it to you to deal with them directly,

so maybe in the future.

I'm trying to hand it to you as a...

Contact.

Yes, all that kind of stuff.

And then, like I said, when I was here,

you guys have been looking after me a lot.

I just want to return something good, you know?

Thank you.

Yeah, honestly, it's just, you know,

I'm a busy guy myself.

I do, like, loads of work.

Yeah.

And the job I do, I just...

I do A to Z all house, you know?

So...

And then this kind of work, I need to settle down,

have a calm...

Yeah, it's not something you can mix it with what you do, you know?

Exactly, yeah.

You have to sit down with a computer,

have a chat, blah, blah.

I don't have time for that, I mean.

You know?

And it takes time.

Sometimes you have to go here and there, talk to people.

The biggest project, if I build a house,

if I build a house, that's the biggest project, okay?

Does it take me three days to give a full quotation?

A to Z.

You'll be surprised what I'm saying.

Three, four days.

No more than that.

Less than one week.

But if I talk to the one person,

it's going to be at least like a half an hour,

20 minutes, 45 minutes,

to stay on, you know, talking behind a phone.

That, to me, is a waste of time, to be honest.

Yeah, yeah.

And then even sometimes people say,

oh, I want this one.

And even I don't understand this size.

This is not something I've been doing it.

And it takes me time to learn.

And I don't have a kind of brain right now, honestly.

But the thing I do is just measurement,

cutting, you know, this construction.

All the architecture things.

I've been growing with it.

I've been growing with it.

Since 1993, I've been doing this one.

You know?

Yeah.

It's best to stick to something that's, you know.

And that's working for you as well.

It is working, yeah.

It's catching on, so, you know.

Yeah.

Just bang on.

Just a little bit slow down a little bit.

Well, there's still always demand for building jobs.

Yeah.

There's always demand.

And if you slow down, you always got job to do.

I've got small job.

Don't get me wrong.

But it is like before, before this, this idiot,

monster, mother eff off,

piss me off what I'm talking about.

This Donald Trump.

Donald Trump, yeah.

This guy.

Donald Trump effected on your job.

Yes.

Yes, it does.

Yeah.

Every single of us.

If you believe it or not.

Every single of us.

Is building material is gone up?

Material is gone up.

The fuel is gone up.

Fuel is gone up.

And then if you believe it or not.

Honestly, I had nearly four, five, between even nearly six projects.

I calculated.

I said, look, if I get it all of them, which is I get okay, you know, and then somehow

when this war started, everybody has been stopped.

Honestly, I could make you learn about 50, 60 cases here.

So easy.

Yeah.

So easy.

With that old project.

Every project.

10, 12, 5, 6, 7.

It's the cheapest one.

Five, six K.

People are more cautious to spend.

Yes.

Yeah, they are.

You see, I give him a quote to the guy is nearly 12 K. He's been holding for nearly

one year now.

Really?

Yeah.

You see, even the project is like a commercial, commercial as a project because it's like

that is a flat.

And then the shop.

They are renting stock also.

Yeah.

The rent is zero.

So.

It's just their partner who tore the money off.

Yeah.

It's such a waste of their salary.

But.

So they are renting it.

They are renting it.

Right.

So how long was the joint shopping for?

10 days ago that was.

10 days ago which is a solid chunk.
