Ongoing Matter Detail

John's potential move to Saltburn house and broken hoover

Pending Review · Ongoing Things

John has a viewing for a 3-bed furnished house in Saltburn (£1250 pcm, near golf course, wet room). If successful, he may move. The hoover is broken and smokes - may need repair or replacement.

Why this was suggested: Moving house involves many planning tasks (e.g., mounting TVs). Broken hoover is a repair item that may require follow-up. Both are ongoing matters.
