Once assembled, this is where the quality falls apart, The back cushions are overly soft, but not the best quality, the seat cushions on the other hand lack any sort of cushioning at all and simply feel like a wooden board plank. I'm seriously considering to get it recushioned with firm quality foam as the little amount of foam in there isn't even good enough for a pub stool. Not only that, the backrests are totally wonky/misaligned. I cannot recommend this sofa, as a sofa, but it may be suitable as a sofa/bed in an office or spare room, just don't expect it to last to long as the entire thing creeks and cracks. With that all said, the return process is a nightmare, they charge an extortionate fee just to return it in the original packaging if you can even get it back in the original packaging. I accepted the partial refund which will cover the recushioning costs but honestly I'd not even bother with this sofa.
