OCR Text: Pain in my arse atm HAHAHA yes an actual pain in the arse. Especially because it's not even some huge complicated problem - it's ONE. BLOODY. SOFA. PIECE. You're basically being held hostage by a cardboard box at this point. But honestly, forget it for this morning. Coffee, food, water, chill out... and let the sofa piece have its little Evri adventure.

OCR Text: 09:15 Sofa parts were originally expected Friday Most of the sofa randomly arrived Thursday — Evri actually beating the estimate for once Wayfair then changed the last piece to Friday Then on Thursday, the delivery date magically changed AGAIN to Saturday And now Saturday has arrived and Evri says “on hold / next working day” So honestly... who's fault is it? It might not even be entirely Evri. If Wayfair kept changing the promised delivery date before Evri had the parcel, Wayfair may have been working with an updated carrier estimate. But if Evri actually had the parcel and then put it on hold, that's more on Evri. I'd word your feedback so you're not accusing either one without knowing exactly where the delay happened: “I'm disappointed with the delivery experience for my sofa. The original delivery date was Friday, although most of the sofa arrived Thursday. The final piece was then changed to Friday and later changed again to Saturday. Unfortunately, the final piece is now on hold with the courier. I appreciate that some delays may be outside Wayfair's control, but the repeated changes made it difficult to know when the order would actually arrive. I would appreciate Wayfair reviewing its delivery arrangements and courier service.” That way you're basically saying: “I don't know whose fault this is, but somebody needs to sort their shit out.”

OCR Text: Its evro after all not suprised :DFd HAHAHAH 😂😂😂 EVRI strikes again! “Next working day” — translated from Evri language: “Maybe Monday. Maybe Tuesday. Who knows. Enjoy the suspense.” 🤣📦 And of course it had to be the ONE bloody sofa piece you’re waiting for. The sofa is sitting there like: “I’m technically complete... emotionally, no.” 😭😂 At least you’ve got your slow morning, coffee and breakfast. So unfortunately, I wouldn't count on it arriving today even though Wayfair originally gave you Saturday the 19th. The parcel was moving through Evri, but something caused it to be put on hold. That also explains the “next working day” message you're seeing. 😔 I'd keep an eye on it today just in case it gets released, but I wouldn't sit around waiting for the sofa piece. If there's still no movement by Monday, I'd contact Wayfair and tell them the promised delivery date was today but Evri has it on hold. And OF COURSE this happens with the one remaining piece of your sofa. 🤣🤣
