2:14
OTD.
2:15
Yeah, brilliant.
2:16
Thank you.
2:17
So how can I help?
2:19
I've received a letter about an escalating penalty.
2:22
And to be honest, I've been a bit confused by it all so far.
2:26
I've realized that some employees who started earlier were in our payroll system and causing a rejection of submissions to NEST as a pension provider.
2:37
meaning that I'd assumed everything was going by direct debit on time monthly and automatically.
2:44
And it's just, we just realized today that it's not and trying to resolve it as we speak.
2:49
I think we've managed to submit everything to Nest and click the submit buttons for payment, but they take payment by direct debit in a couple of days.
2:59
How does it work?
3:00
Right, okay.
3:01
How does the penalty?
3:02
You really need to speak
3:04
With our compliance and enforcement team because you've only just called us.
3:07
You know, if you'd have contacted us sooner, we may have been able to grant the extension before this started to accrue.
3:12
But unfortunately, it's already started to accrue.
3:15
The only way to get its stop, to my knowledge at this point, is to give us evidence to show that the payments have been paid up to date to the pension scheme between the 10th of January this year and the 24th of April.
3:25
I really do need to transfer you through to the appropriate team because I just don't have the right trading to help you deal with this.
3:31
I'm not sure we're doing with all of it, to be honest.
3:33
So that'd be great if you could, yeah.
3:35
Okay.
3:35
Yeah.
3:35
I mean, I'll give you a brief explanation of what's happened and then you can transfer.
3:39
So essentially Nest told us you haven't paid the contributions to the scheme between the 10th of January this year and the 24th of April.
3:47
We need to see evidence to show that that's been paid.
3:50
Because we haven't, we've sent you penalties, which so far have occurred to £1,400.
3:55
But, yeah, I'm going to give you the number for the compliance team.
3:59
I'll pop you through.
4:00
It's 0345. yeah 600.
4:07
Yep 2475. okay.
4:13
All right, please hold the line.
4:15
I'll transfer you.
4:15
Thank you.
4:17

5:28

5:33

5:40
I can get the Yeah,
5:42
I can take the letter code.
5:43
Yeah, it's 1679.
5:49
294644.
5:56
Thank you.
5:56
And the name of the organization?
5:59
TLC solutions.
6:00
Limited.
6:03
Can I take your name please?
6:04
Benham refref.
6:12
Thank you and if you can confirm your contact number or email please.
6:16
Yeah, email is benham.rafraf@tlcsolutionslimited.co.uk.
6:24
Thank you.
6:24
How can I help you?
6:26
So we've got a notice for overdue contribution schedule, overdue pension contribution, sorry.
6:35
And I just spoke to somebody who was in the debt collection department.
6:38
He put me through to you, I'm afraid I've not realised how this all works.
6:43
And we had a mishap with our, the link between our payroll and Nest was the provider.
6:52
So they've been rejecting the submissions because of two new employees.
6:56
It's something I've resolved today and I have
7:00
Submitted them to a nest, which means they'll take a payment by direct debit for the contribution in the next 2 to 3 days, something like that.
7:08
How does it work in terms of the escalating penalty number that's been applied?
7:16
Okay.
7:16
I have started to escalate from the fourth.
7:23
Okay.
7:24
So that has already started escalating.
7:26
It started escalating on the 4th of October that currently stands at 1000, 1000 for that and I think it's 400 for the other penalty.
7:37
To stop that from recruiting any further, you'll need to send the evidence to show that.
7:42
So you've said you've you've sorted the app today.
7:45
Does that mean that the payments that were owed, are they showing on your online portal as paid?
7:50
The showing is submitted for payment and then let's take it by direct debit.
7:56
Okay.
7:57
What we require to resolve the report is evidence
8:00
That it's to for it to show us paid.
8:03
So you'll need to wait until it shows us paid then, and technically.
8:08
Okay, so without that, that will continue to recruit unfortunately.
8:12
Yeah.
8:13
Okay.
8:14
Okay.
8:14
All right.
8:15
I'll.
8:16
It just your approval for five days.
8:20
I think we're on the third day, is it?
8:22
For.
8:23
Yeah, so.
8:24
I'm not sure.
8:24
not sure.
8:25
Let me take a look.
8:25
Did it say five days?
8:30
That will recruit for five days.
8:33
And then yeah, as soon as the evidence is received and then accept accepted by the review team as sufficient, the report can be resolved.
8:41
Okay, all right, I'll come back to you once I've got that.
8:44
Thanks a lot.
8:45
No problem.
8:46
Um, you'll need to send that via email.
8:48
Okay, so that should be under notice.
8:49
Do that.
8:50
But if you do need any further requirements, give us a call.
8:54
Is that the only email address I've got is the one that says debt recovery@tpr.tm.uk.
8:58
I guess it's not.
8:59
Oh no, not that.
9:00
One?
9:01
No.
9:01
It's C and E.
9:04
The C and E one on there, where it says your right to seek a review?
9:07
Not on the letter I've got to him, but it's all right.
9:09
I'll find that letter anyway, that's okay.
9:12
Okay, then.
9:13
Thanks.
9:13
Okay, I can't
9:14
Confirm what it is if you want to jot it down or you can call us back.
9:16

9:19

9:21

9:38
