Im sorry :( I dont want that either and im sorry you had to go through it. Well let's see maybe she wont need that, could barium.be enough? They might do them differently in kids. I dont know about the episodes. In school was a one off, bit she has complained in mornings several times that it hurts, so it might be just how it starts. First with a bit of liquid coming back before progressing but we wont know for sure just have to wait and see how it develops. The sick is still there from the strawberries, they havent even cleaned it. It was twice as well. She got so scared of it cause it was so sudden first it was just saliva and by the time I said its ok its just saliva it all came out. I think she might have even learned to.manage it and have a feel for it. Cause this morning she was coughing and I stopped to check and she said its ok im not going to be sick its just stuck down there. If we were running i think it might have come out again.

I know :( I'm down about it too. I'm pretty sure that sick the other day is from the heat or something theyve eaten. I dont think the tests are necessarily risky (barium is a tiny bit) but what im particularly mindful of is that the manometry is absolutely awful. You cannot imagine. I dont want her to be traumatised about doctors or hospital

It just makes me feel so down last few days. Its so hard to do work, this waiting is just horrible. And expecting her to be sick every time we walk to school, checking on her. She said the other day I dont want sleep on my own cause im.scared not to suddenly get poorly like she did then other day jsut being sick unexpectedly

Ok lovely, i know we cant do much else, doing our best. And I know what you mean about not pushin, the risks etc.. I think you've made our position super clear in that email. Might need to research on diagnosis in children. You said it might not be clear cause she is young, I didnt think of that. Certainly dont want to do any harm with premature treatments. I do want it diagnosed though if it is possible.
