- [2026-10-08 20:04:34 - 2026-10-08 20:04:34] **Unknown:** Hi there, hello.
- [2026-10-08 20:04:35 - 2026-10-08 20:04:38] **Unknown:** Hello, I understand you've got no electricity supply at the moment.
- [2026-10-08 20:04:38 - 2026-10-08 20:04:47] **Behnam:** Apparently, I'm not at the premises, but a colleague of mine returned to the depot with, uh, with his van and said, There seems to be no power.
- [2026-10-08 20:04:47 - 2026-10-08 20:04:53] **Behnam:** And not only for us, but for the shop across the road, the road and some other places as well, nearby.
- [2026-10-08 20:04:53 - 2026-10-08 20:04:56] **Behnam:** But I couldn't see any trace of a known power call on your site.
- [2026-10-08 20:04:57 - 2026-10-08 20:04:59] **Unknown:** No, I've had nobody else calling.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:00 - 2026-10-08 20:05:01] **Unknown:** Well, there's another
- [2026-10-08 20:05:01 - 2026-10-08 20:05:02] **Behnam:** Thing to it as well.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:02 - 2026-10-08 20:05:10] **Behnam:** I don't know what's going on but for the last ten days or so, you've had a generator parked by the little substation.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:10 - 2026-10-08 20:05:12] **Behnam:** I don't know what you call it near to our premises as well.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:13 - 2026-10-08 20:05:17] **Behnam:** So I think that for the last, I think that there'd been a disconnected power supply.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:17 - 2026-10-08 20:05:25] **Behnam:** It's been a power quad maybe ten days ago or so, and ever since then we've been supplied by this generator it seems.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:26 - 2026-10-08 20:05:28] **Unknown:** So I think the generator's not working.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:28 - 2026-10-08 20:05:29] **Behnam:** I wonder.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:30 - 2026-10-08 20:05:30] **Unknown:** Right, okay.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:31 - 2026-10-08 20:05:33] **Unknown:** Well, whether I'll go back to our dispatch team and I'll let them know.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:33 - 2026-10-08 20:05:34] **Unknown:** All right then, thanks a lot.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:35 - 2026-10-08 20:05:35] **Unknown:** Thank you.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:35 - 2026-10-08 20:05:36] **Unknown:** No problem, thanks.
- [2026-10-08 20:05:36 - 2026-10-08 20:05:36] **Unknown:** Thanks.
