- [2026-08-07 17:02:39 - 2026-08-07 17:02:40] **Unknown:** Hello.
- [2026-08-07 17:02:41 - 2026-08-07 17:02:42] **Unknown:** Hello, you okay?
- [2026-08-07 17:02:42 - 2026-08-07 17:02:42] **Behnam:** Yeah.
- [2026-08-07 17:02:43 - 2026-08-07 17:02:47] **Unknown:** It was work, sorry, I was messaging, but you're not replying, I just don't know why.
- [2026-08-07 17:02:47 - 2026-08-07 17:02:47] **Behnam:** Oh, sorry.
- [2026-08-07 17:02:48 - 2026-08-07 17:02:49] **Behnam:** I don't know what we've got in mind.
- [2026-08-07 17:02:50 - 2026-08-07 17:02:55] **Unknown:** Well, if you're here, I'm going to make the chicken and bread crumbs, but if you're not,
- [2026-08-07 17:02:55 - 2026-08-07 17:02:56] **Unknown:** I'm not going to bother you.
- [2026-08-07 17:02:56 - 2026-08-07 17:02:57] **Behnam:** Well, I'm going to be a while.
- [2026-08-07 17:02:57 - 2026-08-07 17:03:02] **Behnam:** Adam has just arrived now to do some more work, and we're not going to do anything tomorrow,
- [2026-08-07 17:03:02 - 2026-08-07 17:03:05] **Behnam:** so they can't come tomorrow because we're busy until Sunday.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:06 - 2026-08-07 17:03:10] **Behnam:** They'll start, it'll be at least two hours when they start making concrete.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:10 - 2026-08-07 17:03:13] **Behnam:** So, and I've had pizza about three.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:13 - 2026-08-07 17:03:15] **Behnam:** I'm absolutely stuffed.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:17 - 2026-08-07 17:03:20] **Behnam:** I don't really fancy, it's hard to re-dive in it anyway.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:21 - 2026-08-07 17:03:21] **Unknown:** Okay.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:21 - 2026-08-07 17:03:22] **Unknown:** All right.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:22 - 2026-08-07 17:03:22] **Unknown:** I don't know.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:23 - 2026-08-07 17:03:24] **Behnam:** I mean, it's up to you.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:24 - 2026-08-07 17:03:28] **Behnam:** If you want to make that, I'll have it when I get in, but I'm not in that.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:28 - 2026-08-07 17:03:30] **Unknown:** You want to make that anyway, but...
- [2026-08-07 17:03:30 - 2026-08-07 17:03:31] **Behnam:** Yeah, that's all right.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:31 - 2026-08-07 17:03:31] **Behnam:** It's okay.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:31 - 2026-08-07 17:03:32] **Behnam:** Don't make it then, yeah?
- [2026-08-07 17:03:33 - 2026-08-07 17:03:34] **Behnam:** It's all okay.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:34 - 2026-08-07 17:03:35] **Behnam:** Are you okay?
- [2026-08-07 17:03:36 - 2026-08-07 17:03:36] **Unknown:** Yeah.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:36 - 2026-08-07 17:03:37] **Unknown:** Yeah.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:37 - 2026-08-07 17:03:37] **Unknown:** Yeah.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:37 - 2026-08-07 17:03:38] **Behnam:** I should confirm to you that the...
- [2026-08-07 17:03:39 - 2026-08-07 17:03:41] **Unknown:** actually booked those tickets because they're not
- [2026-08-07 17:03:41 - 2026-08-07 17:03:42] **Unknown:** very reliable.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:43 - 2026-08-07 17:03:45] **Unknown:** Has she confirmed to you that they've
- [2026-08-07 17:03:45 - 2026-08-07 17:03:46] **Unknown:** actually booked those tickets?
- [2026-08-07 17:03:47 - 2026-08-07 17:03:49] **Unknown:** No, but I don't know what to say.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:49 - 2026-08-07 17:03:50] **Unknown:** She's just, you know,
- [2026-08-07 17:03:50 - 2026-08-07 17:03:52] **Unknown:** she's just with work something.
- [2026-08-07 17:03:53 - 2026-08-07 17:03:55] **Unknown:** What happens here?
- [2026-08-07 17:03:55 - 2026-08-07 17:03:57] **Unknown:** I sent him
- [2026-08-07 17:03:57 - 2026-08-07 17:03:59] **Unknown:** links and explanation and he just
- [2026-08-07 17:03:59 - 2026-08-07 17:04:01] **Unknown:** said, oh, I don't know about it. She's going to
- [2026-08-07 17:04:01 - 2026-08-07 17:04:01] **Unknown:** do it tomorrow.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:03 - 2026-08-07 17:04:05] **Unknown:** Tomorrow? I mean, he said that
- [2026-08-07 17:04:05 - 2026-08-07 17:04:05] **Unknown:** last night, so.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:06 - 2026-08-07 17:04:08] **Unknown:** Yeah, she hasn't done it and
- [2026-08-07 17:04:09 - 2026-08-07 17:04:10] **Unknown:** she, I don't know,
- [2026-08-07 17:04:10 - 2026-08-07 17:04:11] **Unknown:** she didn't say anything.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:12 - 2026-08-07 17:04:14] **Unknown:** She said she tried to do it this morning.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:14 - 2026-08-07 17:04:15] **Unknown:** Check it out, Anna.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:15 - 2026-08-07 17:04:19] **Unknown:** She said she tried to do it in the morning
- [2026-08-07 17:04:19 - 2026-08-07 17:04:20] **Unknown:** but baby was crying and I think she's
- [2026-08-07 17:04:20 - 2026-08-07 17:04:22] **Unknown:** stressed with work with some things.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:22 - 2026-08-07 17:04:24] **Unknown:** Oh, yeah, because we were with her all day, I forgot.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:24 - 2026-08-07 17:04:26] **Unknown:** Oh, she's received a complaint.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:26 - 2026-08-07 17:04:27] **Unknown:** Yeah. For what?
- [2026-08-07 17:04:28 - 2026-08-07 17:04:29] **Unknown:** I don't know, some people have been
- [2026-08-07 17:04:29 - 2026-08-07 17:04:31] **Unknown:** annoying. She's had to refer them, not
- [2026-08-07 17:04:31 - 2026-08-07 17:04:33] **Unknown:** to refer them, but she's been asking for
- [2026-08-07 17:04:33 - 2026-08-07 17:04:35] **Unknown:** safeguarding because the kids keep coming with
- [2026-08-07 17:04:35 - 2026-08-07 17:04:36] **Unknown:** bruises and all over.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:37 - 2026-08-07 17:04:38] **Unknown:** So the complaint's again.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:38 - 2026-08-07 17:04:38] **Unknown:** She's crying.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:39 - 2026-08-07 17:04:42] **Behnam:** They complain that she keeps bringing Julia there
- [2026-08-07 17:04:42 - 2026-08-07 17:04:42] **Unknown:** when it's not allowed.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:43 - 2026-08-07 17:04:46] **Behnam:** It's going to be obvious that it's a malicious complaint.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:47 - 2026-08-07 17:04:49] **Behnam:** It's not a genuine one, you would think.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:50 - 2026-08-07 17:04:50] **Behnam:** Who is Melissa?
- [2026-08-07 17:04:52 - 2026-08-07 17:04:52] **Behnam:** Malicious.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:52 - 2026-08-07 17:04:55] **Behnam:** It's a malicious complaint where someone...
- [2026-08-07 17:04:55 - 2026-08-07 17:04:55] **Behnam:** Malicious.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:56 - 2026-08-07 17:04:57] **Unknown:** I don't know.
- [2026-08-07 17:04:58 - 2026-08-07 17:05:00] **Unknown:** Melissa, one of the teachers or something.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:00 - 2026-08-07 17:05:01] **Behnam:** I thought you said Melissa.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:02 - 2026-08-07 17:05:04] **Unknown:** Yeah, yeah, it's because she brings Julia
- [2026-08-07 17:05:04 - 2026-08-07 17:05:05] **Unknown:** and so it's an order.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:05 - 2026-08-07 17:05:09] **Unknown:** It's a malicious complaint and it should be obvious.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:10 - 2026-08-07 17:05:12] **Behnam:** Like when the health inspector comes to TLC
- [2026-08-07 17:05:12 - 2026-08-07 17:05:15] **Behnam:** and he says, oh, I can see that was clearly a malicious complaint.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:16 - 2026-08-07 17:05:17] **Behnam:** Like when the customer says something
- [2026-08-07 17:05:17 - 2026-08-07 17:05:18] **Behnam:** but they've got no evidence.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:19 - 2026-08-07 17:05:20] **Unknown:** It's not exactly...
- [2026-08-07 17:05:20 - 2026-08-07 17:05:21] **Unknown:** That's what I was asking her
- [2026-08-07 17:05:21 - 2026-08-07 17:05:23] **Unknown:** because it's not technically allowed that
- [2026-08-07 17:05:23 - 2026-08-07 17:05:26] **Unknown:** because she's not early years.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:26 - 2026-08-07 17:05:27] **Unknown:** She's six years old
- [2026-08-07 17:05:27 - 2026-08-07 17:05:33] **Unknown:** and they just want to make problems for her
- [2026-08-07 17:05:33 - 2026-08-07 17:05:35] **Unknown:** because she's been asking them questions
- [2026-08-07 17:05:35 - 2026-08-07 17:05:37] **Unknown:** and they've not referred them to social services,
- [2026-08-07 17:05:37 - 2026-08-07 17:05:38] **Unknown:** those people.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:38 - 2026-08-07 17:05:38] **Unknown:** Oh, fuck.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:40 - 2026-08-07 17:05:42] **Unknown:** they've had to inquire about
- [2026-08-07 17:05:43 - 2026-08-07 17:05:44] **Unknown:** our things at home,
- [2026-08-07 17:05:44 - 2026-08-07 17:05:46] **Unknown:** they have to see if there are any rules in place,
- [2026-08-07 17:05:46 - 2026-08-07 17:05:46] **Unknown:** I don't know.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:48 - 2026-08-07 17:05:50] **Behnam:** Everything like that is very strictly
- [2026-08-07 17:05:51 - 2026-08-07 17:05:51] **Behnam:** documented procedures,
- [2026-08-07 17:05:52 - 2026-08-07 17:05:54] **Behnam:** so as long as you're doing that, you don't have to worry.
- [2026-08-07 17:05:54 - 2026-08-07 17:05:56] **Unknown:** Yeah, the procedures, but
- [2026-08-07 17:05:56 - 2026-08-07 17:05:58] **Unknown:** she's bringing Julia, even though
- [2026-08-07 17:05:58 - 2026-08-07 17:05:59] **Unknown:** I don't think she asked her,
- [2026-08-07 17:06:00 - 2026-08-07 17:06:01] **Unknown:** she's like, oh, well,
- [2026-08-07 17:06:02 - 2026-08-07 17:06:04] **Unknown:** we have insurance, I have insurance,
- [2026-08-07 17:06:04 - 2026-08-07 17:06:05] **Unknown:** she says, for her to be there,
- [2026-08-07 17:06:06 - 2026-08-07 17:06:07] **Unknown:** but
- [2026-08-07 17:06:07 - 2026-08-07 17:06:09] **Unknown:** it's an early
- [2026-08-07 17:06:10 - 2026-08-07 17:06:11] **Behnam:** education. It's the wrong room, and also
- [2026-08-07 17:06:11 - 2026-08-07 17:06:14] **Unknown:** the numbers might
- [2026-08-07 17:06:14 - 2026-08-07 17:06:15] **Behnam:** not add up for adults,
- [2026-08-07 17:06:15 - 2026-08-07 17:06:17] **Behnam:** children and stuff. And she says
- [2026-08-07 17:06:17 - 2026-08-07 17:06:20] **Unknown:** she's with me anyway, like she's not even teaching,
- [2026-08-07 17:06:20 - 2026-08-07 17:06:21] **Unknown:** you know, it's like she's the head teacher.
- [2026-08-07 17:06:21 - 2026-08-07 17:06:23] **Unknown:** Yeah. So I don't know.
- [2026-08-07 17:06:23 - 2026-08-07 17:06:25] **Unknown:** Oh, well. It's a grey area, it seems, so she's
- [2026-08-07 17:06:25 - 2026-08-07 17:06:26] **Unknown:** with me. No problem.
- [2026-08-07 17:06:27 - 2026-08-07 17:06:28] **Unknown:** We'll find out more tomorrow.
- [2026-08-07 17:06:29 - 2026-08-07 17:06:31] **Unknown:** Well, yeah, I hope so, the book.
- [2026-08-07 17:06:32 - 2026-08-07 17:06:33] **Unknown:** She's also stressed because
- [2026-08-07 17:06:33 - 2026-08-07 17:06:35] **Unknown:** Julia wasn't sleeping
- [2026-08-07 17:06:35 - 2026-08-07 17:06:36] **Unknown:** and she's tired, and she's like,
- [2026-08-07 17:06:37 - 2026-08-07 17:06:38] **Unknown:** oh, another date. I mean, she says, oh, we'll see.
- [2026-08-07 17:06:39 - 2026-08-07 17:06:43] **Unknown:** tomorrow see you tomorrow i don't know how to do it coming so i'll check with you nothing don't
- [2026-08-07 17:06:43 - 2026-08-07 17:06:49] **Unknown:** it doesn't matter i know that's what i'm thinking so well we can have it might be even easier
- [2026-08-07 17:06:49 - 2026-08-07 17:07:01] **Unknown:** because it was crying most of the time together okay she's uh oh yeah and the girls enjoyed it but
- [2026-08-07 17:07:01 - 2026-08-07 17:07:08] **Unknown:** they're all good i'm going to the other side of the new classes looking at it yeah magic yeah
